The Cutchogue Civic Association is a not-for-profit, community-based organization whose mission is to inform and educate residents about issues of community interest or concern. The association provides a neutral forum that promotes discussion, collaboration and the expression of diverse ideas.

Our Story
Origins and Purpose

The Civic Association held its first public meeting in December 2022 at the Cutchogue New Suffolk Free Library.

A primary goal was to establish a platform for Cutchogue to speak with a unified and collective voice on local issues.

The association seeks to foster greater community involvement and participation in civic life within the hamlet.
Key Activities and Growth

The launch meeting drew a large crowd, demonstrating strong community interest in both the association and the Peconic Community School's plans.

The organization has experienced steady growth, with a healthy number of members who actively participate and renew their memberships.
